The I Has To Travel brought together eight artists working with self-portraiture to explore how identity is constructed, performed, and shared in the digital age. Drawing on the art of the Weimar Republic, curator Oleg Mindiak considered the relationship between physical experience and the personas we create online.
My contribution, LOOK HERE TO ENTER THIS (2023), uses manipulated pictorial space to examine the subjective nature of seeing and the multiple perspectives that shape a sense of self.
